Your account and content data is stored on infrastructure provided by Supabase (database hosted in EU regions). Push notification tokens are processed by OneSignal. Payments are processed by Stripe. The website is hosted on Cloudflare / Netlify. These providers act as data processors and are bound by their own privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA where applicable).
Numa Trade uses minimal browser local storage to remember your language preference, login session and theme. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, content is removed within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. invoicing records).

Numa Trade is a signal & education service only. Trades are placed by you, on your own broker, with your own funds, at your own risk. Under no circumstances will Numa Trade or its operator reimburse, compensate or be liable for any capital you lose while trading — regardless of whether the trade was based on a Numa Trade signal, a missed signal, a delayed signal, a stop-loss that was hit, a system outage, an incorrect TP/SL, slippage, leverage, broker execution, market gap, news event or any other cause.
You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for every trading decision and for managing your own risk. The decision to act on any signal is yours; the consequences are yours.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with or without notice. Upon termination, your access ends and your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tangier, Morocco, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Dans la mesure maximale permise par la loi, Numa Trade et son exploitant ne sont pas responsables des dommages directs, indirects, accessoires, consécutifs ou spéciaux découlant de votre utilisation du Service, y compris mais sans s'y limiter pertes de trading, manque à gagner, signaux manqués, échec de livraison push, problèmes d'exécution broker ou pannes de services tiers.
Nous visons une haute disponibilité mais ne garantissons pas un service ininterrompu. La maintenance, les pannes de tiers (Supabase, OneSignal, Stripe, Cloudflare) ou les événements de force majeure peuvent perturber temporairement le Service.
Vous pouvez résilier votre compte à tout moment. Nous pouvons suspendre ou résilier les comptes qui violent ces Conditions, avec ou sans préavis. À la résiliation, votre accès prend fin et vos données sont supprimées comme décrit dans la Politique de confidentialité.
Nous pouvons mettre à jour ces Conditions. Les modifications substantielles seront communiquées par e-mail ou notification in-app. L'utilisation continue après modifications vaut acceptation.
Ces Conditions sont régies par les lois du Royaume du Maroc. Tout litige sera résolu devant les tribunaux compétents de Tanger, Maroc, sans préjudice des droits impératifs des consommateurs dans votre pays de résidence.

Importante. Numa Trade es una plataforma de señales y educación. No somos un broker, ni un asesor financiero licenciado, y no gestionamos fondos de clientes. El trading conlleva un riesgo sustancial de pérdida. Puede perder todo su capital invertido.
Al acceder o usar Numa Trade (el "Servicio"), operado desde Tánger, Marruecos, usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos del Servicio. Si no está de acuerdo, no use el Servicio.
Numa Trade proporciona:
Las señales no se ejecutan automáticamente. Usted es el único responsable de colocar los trades en su propio broker.
Debe tener al menos 18 años y estar legalmente autorizado para operar instrumentos financieros en su jurisdicción. Al usar el Servicio, declara cumplir estos requisitos.
Usted es responsable de mantener seguras sus credenciales de cuenta. Notifíquenos de inmediato a support@numatrade.net si sospecha acceso no autorizado. Podemos suspender cuentas implicadas en fraude, abuso o violación de estos Términos.
SIN REEMBOLSOS. Todos los pagos a Numa Trade son definitivos y no reembolsables. Al suscribirse, reconoce expresamente que:
Si no acepta esta política de no reembolso, no se suscriba. Los derechos imperativos de reembolso del consumidor en su país de residencia (donde corresponda) permanecen sin cambios.
Numa Trade es únicamente un servicio de señales y educación. Los trades los realiza usted, en su propio broker, con sus propios fondos, bajo su propio riesgo. Bajo ninguna circunstancia Numa Trade o su operador reembolsará, compensará o será responsable del capital que pierda al operar — independientemente de si el trade se basó en una señal de Numa Trade, una señal perdida, una señal retrasada, un stop-loss alcanzado, una caída del sistema, valores TP/SL incorrectos, slippage, apalancamiento, ejecución del broker, gap de mercado, evento de noticias o cualquier otra causa.
Usted reconoce que es el único responsable de cada decisión de trading y de gestionar su propio riesgo. La decisión de actuar sobre cualquier señal es suya; las consecuencias son suyas.
Todo el contenido en Numa Trade es solo con fines informativos y educativos y no constituye asesoramiento financiero, de inversión, fiscal o legal. No tenemos en cuenta sus circunstancias individuales. Debería consultar a un profesional licenciado antes de tomar decisiones de inversión.

Todo el contenido, señales, software, logotipos y elementos de diseño de Numa Trade son propiedad del operador. Se concede una licencia limitada, revocable e intransferible solo para uso personal y no comercial.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Numa Trade y su operador no son responsables de daños directos, indirectos, incidentales, consecuentes o especiales derivados de su uso del Servicio, incluyendo pero no limitado a pérdidas de trading, lucro cesante, señales perdidas, fallos de entrega push, problemas de ejecución del broker o caídas de servicios de terceros.
Aspiramos a alta disponibilidad pero no garantizamos un servicio ininterrumpido. El mantenimiento, las caídas de terceros (Supabase, OneSignal, Stripe, Cloudflare) o eventos de fuerza mayor pueden interrumpir temporalmente el Servicio.
Puede terminar su cuenta en cualquier momento. Podemos suspender o terminar cuentas que violen estos Términos con o sin aviso. Tras la terminación, su acceso finaliza y sus datos se eliminan como se describe en la Política de Privacidad.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Los cambios materiales se comunicarán por correo electrónico o aviso in-app. El uso continuado tras los cambios implica aceptación.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Reino de Marruecos. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales competentes de Tánger, Marruecos, sin perjuicio de los derechos imperativos del consumidor en su país de residencia.
